“ I've been around Miami nightlife for a while, and when I think of the best Latin bar, El Patio comes to mind. The staff is amazing and welcoming. I'll give you a couple of names to ask for when you're there: Elizabeth, Naqa, Desire, Arturo (I can name them all; they've all been amazing, but it would take up the whole page ). The music is great; DJ Christian always nails it with the perfect Latin vibe, and then Mutis mixes Latin with house and pop . What else can I say? Go there, have a blast, and let me know . ”

“ I'm ending my Miami trip reviews with a bang... a lush-dance-patio-and-cheap-beer-buckets-and-hours-of-sunday-funday-shenanigans bang. In summary, I am in love with El Patio. It's vibrant, lively, eclectic, and did I just pass a statue of a poodle wearing a bra? There's combined outdoor and covered space covered in lush greenery, murals, TVs, and random art deco themed decor. There's a stage for live music, but we just enjoyed what the DJ was spinning for hours. On Sunday before dark, there was no cover, and they had super cheap beer bucket specials! If you do come here and pay a cover, you get fake cash back to use at the bar. I drank, people watched, danced, drank, danced on the bleachers, from daylight to night. The bathrooms are not a fun experience but you definitely don't go here for the toilets. ”

“ I stopped by most recently this Saturday for the first New Year's get together with a bunch of friends. The skies were sunny and the temperature just right for day drinking at this outdoor bar in the heart of Wynwood. Although I arrived in Hialeah time, I got there early enough that I was able to get in without any hassle at the door. Our group had already posted up in the wooden "stadium seating" where we had a great view of the dance floor and a ummm show :) from one of the other patrons. The music was mostly reggaeton, which I enjoyed and some in our group danced out to. There were other groups later on in the same bench and we interacted. Their happy hour special is a bucket of 6 Mahou beers, of which I enjoyed 1 or 2. My poison of the night was their "Flor de La Isla". This was a rum cocktail with mint leaves (like a mojito), pineapple and coconut liqueur. It was sweet, and had just the right of booze to make for fun day drinking. As far as food, I ordered their medium well burger with swiss cheese and fries. It had a nice smokey aroma to it. The fries could have been a little crispier, but no biggie. All in all a fun spot to hang out for some day drinking, a birthday or the start of a New Year. I will definitely be back! ”
